 How many deals are on GreenDeals.org each day?
We will run a new GreenDeal every 24-48 hours (multiple GreenDeals per week) or until the green deal sells out. Most of our deals have limited availability and will sell out.

What's the difference between a Coupon Voucher and a Product Order?
Product orders are purchased and shipped to the buyer from the merchant. Product orders are processed after the deal ends and you should receive your order in 5-7 business days. You don't need to do anything else for Product purchases, Greendeals and the merchant will handle the shipping and handling.

A Coupon Voucher is purchased with a certain monetary value and once the deal ends, you can log into My Account page and redeem the Coupon online or at a retailer (based on the merchant) prior to the expiration date.

I purchased a Coupon Voucher, how do I access the coupon to print?
You can access your coupons by clicking on your account link and then the MY COUPON VOUCHERS

Are these truly Green Deals from Green Businesses?
Yes! All businesses advertising on Green Deals go through an intensive screening and approval process to make sure they are utilizing green business practices based on the criteria developed by Green America over the last thirty years.

What will my email address be used for?
When you sign-up as a member of GreenDeals.org, you will start receiving daily email alerts about the deal of the day. We will never sell your email address to anyone.

Is my credit card information safe?
Yes, your credit card number and personal information is secure, because we use SSL secured partners to protect your information.

I bought a Green Coupon, why can't I use it right away?
GreenDeal Coupon use vary based on the advertising partner. Some coupons can be used right away however some must cannot be used until a certain start date. Please check the coupon details to verify when your coupon can be used.

Why don't you accept AMEX or DISCOVER CARD?
Currently, we only accept Visa and MasterCard for payment processing and not AMEX or Discover. We apologize for the inconvenience.

My GreenDeals Coupon Expired, do they still have any value?
Once a GreenDeal Coupon reaches its expiration date, it does lose its promotional value, however you can still redeem it at the price you paid for the length of time stated by gift certificate laws in your state. Click here to see your state's laws on Gift Certificate expiration terms.

Are GreenDeals refundable or returnable?
All Coupon Voucher and Product sales are final however you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchasing the offer and we will refund your purchase in full. After 24 hours, Coupon Vouchers are not refundable. If a product is damaged during shipment, you may return the item for a replacement from the shipper/merchant directly. If you have any questions about refunds, you can contact GreenDeals for assistance.

I used a Promo Code when I signed up for a member account but my credit isn't showing up, Why?
Your credit will show up in your account within 24 hours from when you signup. Since promo codes are limited to one per person, we review each new member signup to guarantee they for new member accounts.

Who ships out my orders, GreenDeals or another company?
GreenDeals does not ship out any products or orders, we merely act as the marketing team to promote daily deals and products for our merchants. Each merchant ships out from their facilities and offices. Since each merchant has their own process, order shipment times will fluctuate for each deal.
